jitbaaz Terms and Conditions

1.1 Nature of the Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jitbaaz platform ("Platform" or "we") and the user of the platform ("you" or "member"). These Terms apply to the jitbaaz.lat website and all services operated under it.

1.2 Scope of Application

These Terms apply to all services on our platform, including:

• Online casino games (slots, baccarat, roulette, poker, etc.)
• Sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi and all other sports)
• Fishing games and other special game categories
• Live casino and dealer games
• Promotions, bonuses and VIP programs

1.3 Language and Interpretation

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity or conflict, the Bengali version shall be considered final. The sole right to interpret these Terms is reserved by jitbaaz.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on jitbaaz, you must meet the following conditions:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must provide accurate and complete personal information
• Only one account may be created per person
• Must agree to these terms and conditions

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information may result in your account being suspended or closed at any time and any deposited funds being forfeited. It is your responsibility to notify the platform immediately if any of your information changes.

2.3 Account Security

Keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately. jitbaaz will not be responsible for any unauthorised use of your account.

3.1 Minimum Age

jitbaaz follows a strict age control policy. This platform is for persons aged 21 and above only. It is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 21 to open an account or play games.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jitbaaz reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. The following documents may be requested for identity verification:

• National ID Card (NID) or passport copy
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method

Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods are currently accepted on the jitbaaz platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for each method)
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted
• Deposits via cryptocurrency or any other unauthorised method are not accepted

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800
• Standard processing time: Within 1 hour
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed
• Withdrawals will be restricted until bonus wagering requirements are met

4.3 Account Balance and Currency

All transactions on the jitbaaz platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Account balance may only be used for playing games on the platform. Our separate inactivity policy may apply to inactive accounts.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳28,000 and get a ৳20,000 bonus → total balance ৳48,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x) — meaning you must wager 25 times the bonus amount to become eligible for withdrawal. Example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered.

5.3 General Promotion Rules

• Each promotion has its own specific conditions as described on the promotions page
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time — a new bonus cannot be accepted before a current one is completed
• jitbaaz reserves the right to close an account if evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found
• jitbaaz reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time

6.1 Validity of Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a game is incomplete due to a technical error or disconnection, the result will be determined according to jitbaaz server records. All games are operated using certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which is completely fair and audited.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following applies when betting on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi and other sports:

• For bets placed before the start of a match, the official result is final
• If a match is postponed or abandoned, the bet will be cancelled and the original amount refunded
• In live betting, odds may change at any time
• Coordinated bets placed from multiple accounts on the same match are prohibited

6.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

jitbaaz reserves the right to set a maximum winnings limit for each game and bet. In the case of unusual or suspicious betting patterns, we may verify winnings and reserve the right to hold winnings where applicable.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jitbaaz platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Abusing or manipulating bonus benefits
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Using software bots, scripts or automation tools
• Attempting to access another member's account
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party
• Registering using a false identity

8.1 Data Collection and Use

jitbaaz collects, stores and processes your personal data solely for the purposes of providing platform services, identity verification, fraud prevention and meeting legal obligations. We never sell your data to third parties.

8.2 Data Security

The jitbaaz platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data transmissions secure. However, complete security on the internet cannot be guaranteed, so it is also important that you remain vigilant in protecting your own information.

jitbaaz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions

• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification (KYC) process
• Instructions from law enforcement agencies

10.2 Member Rights

You may request to close your account at any time by notifying our support team. If there is any valid balance before closure and the wagering conditions have been met, it may be withdrawn. An account cannot be reopened while a self-exclusion is in effect.

11.1 Service Availability

jitbaaz strives to provide uninterrupted service, however the service may be temporarily disrupted due to maintenance, technical issues or unforeseen circumstances. jitbaaz will not be liable for any loss suffered by a member as a result of such disruptions.

11.2 Loss Due to External Causes

jitbaaz will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by the following:

• Member's internet connection issues
• Delays or failures of third-party payment systems
• Issues with the member's own device
• Unforeseen disasters or force majeure events
• Cyberattacks or external security breaches

12.1 Right to Make Changes

jitbaaz reserves the right to change, amend or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, an attempt will be made to notify members via email or through the platform.

12.2 Acceptance of Changes

Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published will be understood as your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, stop using the platform and request closure of your account.
